Footycards.com.au is a small organisation that prides itself on a high level of personalised customer service.

Footycards.com.au has implemented a return policy to increase customer comfort in making a purchase over the internet.

Any returns must be in brand new condition as received, and within the same or similar packaging as sent by Footycards.com.au or in a small Australia Post box.

All or any cards and accessories must be included, if not, a charge may apply.

We will refund the original price of the item/s MINUS the original shipping costs (returns are at buyer/s own cost and risk unless we are at fault) within 5 days of receipt. There will be a fee of $10.00 on any exchange . A store credit will be issued but NO CASH REFUNDS will be allowed.

If your package/s goes undelivered and is returned to us, there will also be a $9.95 re-ship fee (via Registered Post) within Australia. This fee will be deducted from your credit card account. If your payment is by Bank Deposit/Money Order, no item will be returned until further payment is received.

Footycards.com.au reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange.
